| 烟气由塔底进风口进入脱硫塔，由于塔板叶片的导向作用而旋转上升，并在塔板上将逐板下流的浆液喷成几十微米的细雾滴，使气液间接触面积急剧增大(比水膜除尘器的气液面积增大几百至上千倍)。液滴被气流带动旋转，产生的离心力强化气液间的接触，zui后甩到塔壁上，沿壁下流。由于塔内提供了良好的气液接触条件，气体中的SO2被碱性液体吸收(脱硫)的效果好。旋流板塔由于特殊的内部结构设计，决定了它是一种高效通用型传质设备，具有通量大、压降低、操作弹性宽、不易堵、效率高等优点，其综合性能优于国内外普遍使用的湿法烟气双碱法脱硫塔除尘装置。 The flue gas enters into the desulfurization tower from the air inlet at the bottom of the tower, rotates and rises due to the guide function of the tray blade, and sprays the slurry flowing down the tray one by one into several tens of microns of fine droplets on the tray, so that the contact area between the gas and liquid increases sharply (hundreds to thousands of times larger than the gas-liquid area of the water film dust collector).
