在实际运行中脱硫塔塔壁会出现结垢现象

石灰石-石膏法烟气脱硫工艺是目前火电行业应用最为广泛、技术最成熟的烟气脱硫技术之一,以石灰石为脱硫吸收剂,副产品为石膏。但在实际运行中脱硫塔塔壁会出现结垢现象,脱落后的垢层分布在脱硫塔底部,会堵塞石膏排出泵入口滤网、循环浆液泵入口滤网、吸收塔底部排放口。而未脱落的垢层则仍依附在脱硫塔塔壁,会对检修工作带来安全隐患。
Limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization process is one of the most widely used and mature flue gas desulfurization technologies in thermal power industry. Limestone is used as desulfurization absorbent and gypsum is the by-product. But in actual operation, there will be scaling phenomenon on the wall of desulfurization tower. The scaling layer distributed at the bottom of desulfurization tower will block the inlet filter of gypsum discharge pump, the inlet filter of circulating slurry pump and the outlet at the bottom of absorption tower. However, the scale layer still adheres to the wall of the desulfurization tower, which will bring potential safety hazards to the maintenance work.
脱硫塔内壁结垢主要表现在在吸收塔内壁及构件上形成一层质地坚硬、光滑、紧密的黑色结垢。对脱硫塔的运行带来巨大的影响。
Scaling on the inner wall of desulfurization tower is mainly manifested in the formation of a layer of hard, smooth and compact black scaling on the inner wall and components of absorption tower. It has great influence on the operation of desulfurization tower.
