塔内脱硫除尘室还安装有高压冲击式水雾喷头
降温脱硫塔采用水幕与水雾双重洗涤方式去除烟尘中灰尘和二氧化硫,在设备运行当中,视过滤器出口二氧化硫浓度大小和当地环保排放标准决定脱硫塔循环水中脱硫剂的施用量。利用耐酸水泵将循环水在塔内构建成圆柱形水幕,水幕下方对应其直径大小设置有圆形导气孔,进入塔内的烟尘由水幕穿过,经导气孔进入气水分离室,水气分离后将气体排出。

由于循环水中含有脱硫剂,在含二氧化硫的烟气穿过水幕时二氧化硫与脱硫剂反应生成硫酸盐固体被循环水带入循环池沉淀。塔内脱硫除尘室还安装有高压冲击式水雾喷头,可形成高浓度水雾,由于无数细微的水滴形成巨大的表面积。至使烟尘中的灰尘尽被水滴捕捉带入水中,同时水雾与水幕也吸收了烟气中的热量。使烟气温度下降至60摄氏度以下。
