排放标准决定脱硫塔循环水中脱硫剂的施用量
降温脱硫塔采用水幕与水雾双重洗涤方式去除烟尘中灰尘和二氧化硫,在设备运行当中,视过滤器出口二氧化硫浓度大小和当地环保排放标准决定脱硫塔循环水中脱硫剂的施用量。

由于循环水中含有脱硫剂,在含二氧化硫的烟气穿过水幕时二氧化硫与脱硫剂反应生成硫酸盐固体被循环水带入循环池沉淀。 由于脱硫塔前端的过滤器与热能回收部分具有良好的除尘脱硫功效,因此进入塔内的烟尘中灰尘和二氧化硫浓度已经很小(肉眼已见不到烟气的存在)。

Because the filter and heat energy recovery section at the front end of the desulfurization tower have good dust removal and desulfurization effect, the concentration of dust and sulfur dioxide in the flue dust entering the tower has been very small (no flue gas can be seen with the naked eye).
